Modify Participant Communication Preferences
Providing participants with flexible communication options is key to ensuring their active participation in surveys. InCheq offers various communication preferences, including SMS and email, allowing participants to engage in a manner that suits them best.
Edit the Preference of a Participant
- Sign in to app.incheq.co
- Click Account button
- Navigate to the Employee Management tab
- Locate the employee you want to edit using the search bar function
- Click the ellipses on the right hand column
- Click Edit Employee
- Select a different communication preference from the Communication Preference drop down menu
- Click Save and Exit
