Modify Participant Communication Preferences

Providing participants with flexible communication options is key to ensuring their active participation in surveys. InCheq offers various communication preferences, including SMS and email, allowing participants to engage in a manner that suits them best.

Edit the Preference of a Participant

  1. Sign in to app.incheq.co 
  2. Click Account button
  3. Navigate to the Employee Management tab
  4. Locate the employee you want to edit using the search bar function
  5. Click the ellipses on the right hand column
  6. Click Edit Employee
  7. Select a different communication preference from the Communication Preference drop down menu
  8. Click Save and Exit

Please Note:

If an employee's information includes both a phone number and an email address, the communication preference field is automatically set to Email & SMS. However, if the employee has only a phone number listed, the preference will be set to SMS and cannot be changed. Similarly, if the employee has only an email address listed, the preference will be set to Email and cannot be changed.
