Deploying a Survey

Survey deployments are a crucial step in gathering valuable insights from your workforce and driving organisational improvement initiatives. Whether you're previewing a survey to ensure its appropriateness or deploying it to your organisation, InCheq offers intuitive tools and functionalities to streamline the process. Here's a detailed guide on how to effectively deploy surveys within the InCheq platform:

Preview a Survey

  1. Sign in to app.incheq.co 
  2. Navigate to the Surveys page
  3. Locate the desired survey in the Survey Library tab
  4. Click Preview button
  5. View survey sections, user interface, and survey items.
  6. Click Exit to return to Survey Library

Deploy a Survey

  1. Sign in to app.incheq.co 
  2. Navigate to the Surveys page
  3. Locate the desired survey in the Survey Library tab
  4. Click Deploy Survey button
  5. Define Survey Dates: Define the survey start and end date and time to specify the duration of the survey.
  6. Schedule Reminders (Optional): If desired, schedule reminders to prompt participants to complete the survey. Click on the Add Reminder button to schedule reminders at specific dates and times.
  7. Define Participants: Determine the participants for the survey by selecting either Entire Organisation option or Customise Participants based on specific criteria.
  8. Communication Preferences: Choose the preferred communication method for survey invitations from the dropdown menu.
  9. Review Summary: Review the deployment summary to ensure all details are accurate and aligned with your objectives.
  10. Deploy Survey: Once you have reviewed the summary, click on the Deploy button to initiate the survey deployment process.
