Add InCheq to Your Allow List

Whilst some smaller organisations may be able to receive emails without issue due to the lower volume, we know larger organisations can often run into roadblocks due to firewalls or internal security measures. That’s why we advise larger organisations and those that run their own mail servers to add InCheq to their allow list to ensure smooth communications at all times. The information you need to give to your system administrators are detailed below.

Email Allow List

• Emails from the InCheq platform will come from the email address "noreply@incheq.co" with the Sender name "InCheq Support".
• Emails will also be sent from the IP Address "168.245.42.95"
