Upon completing a survey in InCheq, you gain access to valuable aggregated survey results. This guide delves into the purpose of each tab within your survey results: Overview, Hazard Profiles, and Recommendations, equipping you to effectively leverage the insights provided by the InCheq platform.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab offers a comprehensive snapshot of your survey results:

  • Status Tracking: Monitor the status of your survey results, categorised as completed or in progress.
  • Key Survey Dates: Easily track the survey start and end dates, along with reminder dates sent to participants.
  • Response Metrics: Access response rate percentage and the number of respondents relative to the total cohort.
  • Engagement Trends: Visualise organisation-wide and department-specific response rates over time, facilitating a deeper understanding of survey engagement dynamics.
  • Demographic Insights: Gain insight into the composition of your surveyed cohort through demographic breakdowns, including leadership status, gender, age, and location.

Hazard Profiles Tab

The Hazard Profiles tab provides detailed insights into psychosocial hazards measured in the survey:
