The Workplace Psychosocial Hazard Assessment
Managing psychosocial risks has become more critical than ever before. With the Federal Work Health and Safety Amendment coming into effect as of April 1, 2023, failure to comply with regulations on managing psychosocial hazards in the workplace can lead to serious legal and financial consequences for organisations.
In response to these changes, InCheq has created the Workplace Psychosocial Hazard Assessment. This organisational survey identifies what psychosocial hazards are present within your workplace in order to find out what could cause harm to employees.
This assessment is aligned to Work, Health, and Safety laws, and assists employers in becoming compliant with these mandatory regulations. It measures the 16 psychosocial hazards identified within the regulatory standards and is designed with the expertise of a specialist workplace psychologist, Dr. Angie Montgomery.
