The weeks leading up to the survey deployment date are crucial. That’s why, at InCheq, we use this time to align your workforce in preparation for the survey deployment. We provide our clients with a detailed engagement toolkit to promote employee responsiveness, and align your workforce with the mission for creating a psychologically safe and healthy workplace.

The Engagement Toolkit

We’ve developed as many educational and awareness resources as we can to support you in spreading the message of organisational change to your employees. Along with this we also provide a range of resources including: 

  • Comms templates: We’ve put together sample communications templates that can help you spread the word. These comms can be used as a resource to encourage your executive team, managers, and team leaders to send out comms to their cohorts to promote the upcoming campaign.
  • Flyers: attach a copy of our e-flyer to any comms emails to help start a discussion that will change the way you work. 
  • Posters: pop up some of our posters around the office to assist you in communicating your organisational goals and objectives, encourage questions, and align key stakeholders on the purpose.
