Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password for InCheq, don't worry – we've got you covered. Follow these simple steps to reset your password and regain access to your account:

1. Navigate to www.incheq.co to access the InCheq website.
2. Click on the "Sign In" link located in the top right-hand corner of the webpage.
3. Below the Login button, you'll find the "Forgot password?" link. Click on it to proceed with the password reset process.
4. Provide the email address associated with your InCheq account. Click on "Reset my password" to initiate the password reset request.
5. Check your email inbox for a message from InCheq containing instructions and a temporary password for resetting your password.
6. Follow the instructions provided in the email to use the temporary password to access your InCheq account.
7. Once logged in, navigate to your profile page by clicking the account button located in the top right-hand corner of the webpage.
8. On your profile page, select the "Change Password" link. Enter a new password that meets the specified criteria (must be at least 8 characters long and complex). Confirm the new password and click "Save" to update your password.
